Customer Support & Operations Manager

Spent a few years understanding customer needs and gathering product resources to meet those needs. Managed an awesome team of Support and Shipping Specialists. Hung out with the developers. Became very curious about engineering as a career option.

Academics

No, not the one in Florida. This school is in Southwest Ohio (where I grew up), and sits on the tribal lands of the Myaamia / Miami people who were forcibly displaced to Kansas and Oklahoma in the 1840s.

B.A. International Studies; B.A. Latin American, Latinx & Caribbean Studies

Highlight: Traveling around Cuba on a student visa, which at the time was one of the only ways to get into the country.
